Ruby Tuesday

What a wonderful day I had yesterday! 

I managed to finish my Christmas Shopping yesterday. You know you always think that you have finished and then something creeps back in!

But I know I am actually finished!

I only have a few bits to wrap as well so that is very exciting!

After making a few bob on eBay over the past few weeks as well I have also been able to purchase a few lovelies for myself to wear over the holiday!

Also some hair dye for £1! Which actually worked! 

So all in all my day was grand. How was yours?

New Girl hit the screens about a year ago now and Zooey Deschannel has stormed the screens with her cute geek glasses, prim dresses and the need to only ever wear flat shoes. 

It is one of the funniest TV shows I have EVER watched. You love the characters instantly - will them to get into hilarious circumstances. 

Amazing Value at £15.99 for hours of giggles with the girl or guffaws with the lads!

Favourite Snack: 

For the week before Christmas I am desperately trying to loose 2 pounds. Training my stomach to eat less so I don't die from over eating! 

I am regulating my food to certain times. Breakfast at 9, Snack at 11, Lunch at 1, Snack at 4, Dinner at 7. 

Snacking is my main issue. I LOVE CRISPS. 

They fill me with joy!

I have managed to find a 2 healthy alternatives. One previously mentioned is popcorn!

The other is Almonds.

10 of these small nuts at 11am will easily carry me through to my 1pm lunch at only costs me 70 calories. Yeah that seems a lot but they are really filling and thats what counts! They are really yummy too!

My Outfit for Today:

I really struggled to get dressed today - my clothes all look boring! Not because of my rules. But because I am cheated and bought new clothes. But they are for special occasions - so the temptation to wear them is high!

There is also no point today is wasting a really good outfit on doing house work and tidying. 

On that note what is it about the festive season that makes everyone feel they need to be ultra tidy? It is only going to get messier! My reasoning is because I always travel away to see family - meaning I would HATE to come home to a messy and dirty house.

So it has been a fairly long time since I have lusted after a new handbag!

 I'm almost certain that everyone has this already and it is old news but for a long time this has been festering as a bit of label lust!

This beautiful handbag is not to be under estimated! Weighing in at £79.99 its real leather exterior will last for a long time, and the plaited handle will not snap quickly. 

Thing I like about it most is its MASSIVE! It is a chuck it all in and find it later bag. 

With the long hidden strap it can be worn in two ways!

Christmas Tip: 

I had a Christmas Party at my flat on Sunday evening. In preparation for the decent of guests I started making mulled wine and spiced cider. 

Blah blah they taste amazing etc. However I don't particularly want to speak of the taste but the smell! 

It is now tuesday morning we have made 1 lunch, 1 dinner and a breakfast and my small flat still smells of Christmas Spices, orange and mulling spice!

Amazing. 

Try these to make your home smell amazing! It really makes it smell festive!
